Everytime I go to this site http://www.wcradio.com/webchat.php
I see a little redx in a little white box on the top left corner where the chat box should be. When I go over to my friends house and when i look at the site on his computer it looks fine. Please guys respond to this post. I have read all the post about the red x but the info on how to fix it never works. So please help me you can post here or email me.

Thank You,
Bigdog1

Whats happening is your Java Controls or Internet explorer has rejected the Applet program that runs the chat box

Perhaps updating Java may force it to work?
www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp go here and get the latest version overwrites the current version Just click the link and it'll take about 20 minutes to download on Dial-up 3 minutes on DSL
If no change post again and we'll try something else.

Great answer from bedstor! If you do need to post again, please include your system information. This page may help you gather the information: http://dwightblackburn.com/help.htm

We will need your operating system, and the name and version number of the Web browser program that you're using.

Also, if you open your Control Panel, Internet Options applet and then click:

Under "Temporary Internet Files" --> Settings --> View Objects

Look under the "Status" column. Do any read "Damaged" or "Unknown"? If so, right-click on that one and choose "update". If that fails, again right-click on the item and choose "remove" and then let us know the name of the item that was removed. We will direct to the proper site for reinstall. Probably that would this Sun Microsystems page.

Hope this helps!
