Hi Koicarp:
I'l assume you already have web-space set up on your Internet Service Provider or you've signed up with some other web-page provider.

On Dwights site there's a download for "Front Page Express" this is a fairly easy HTML editor.
Below the download link there's link to a pretty good tutorial to get you started.

Here's some free instructions and a good host (free singles, $5 for multiple pages per month):

I have done lots of business with these people and have found them reliable. One great thing is it only takes them half a day or so to answer tech questions.

http://www.freeyellow.com and I think its partner HyperMart have a built-in simple wizzard that works too! 50MB! Or U can use HTML also if U prefer!
