I don't know if anyone can help but it's worth a try. I click on the 'listen now' button, it comes up in the now playing column for my realone player, I right click (like always), copy to, click my library, it is stored into my library (saved songs), I can play it over and over until I play a different song and when I try to play it (Passin' Me By) again, it won't work. It says invalide metafile in the pop up box. I tried another song on the site and it worked fine so I guess it's just this. Any help appreciated.

Open the file you "stored into my library (saved songs)" in "Notepad".

Click Start/Programs/Accessories/Notepad

In Notepad, click File / Open. In the "Open" window set the "Files of Type" box to all files.

Then open your music file.

If this is what you're seeing:

pnm://real.undergroundhiphop.com/ audio/oldschool/thepharcydepassinmeby.ra

It is just a text file, not an audio file. This tells the player where to find the music on the Web Server.

Sorry I don't know where to find the clip of the song when I click file / open. When the message box that says invalid metafile comes up, this also comes up: http://www.undergroundhiphop.com/temp/rams/9919324500202862.ram

Thanks for your help.

You said in your original post that you saved the file to you music Library. I assume you renamed the file so if you did rename it, look for it under that name.

Or you could look in C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\89ATCM5X

or just in your C:\ drive
for the file:

9919324500202862[1].ram

If the file isn't found named: 9919324500202862[1].ram

Look for it with this name: 9919324500202862.ram

the difference is the [1]

Or you could look for it by putting *.ram in the Search "named: box.

In any event, the reason the file doesn't play is that it isn't an audio file, it is a text file telling the player where to find the audio file.

If you're running Windows XP you will probably have to authorize the search in both hidden and system files.
