hi
this is how i have my pc's setup
the adsl modem/router is a dhcp server
and my pc's (i have 2) get the ip address fine.
and as long as i only have one computer connected to the adsl modem/router the net works great! but as soon as i turn on the other computer or if i have it on and connect it to the adsl modem/router i lose my net connection. i can only have one computer at a time. they can both have net but only one at a time. my adsl modem is a Cnet. has it something to do with mac address? do i need to add another? i see one mac address and the ip of one computer but not the other.. please mail me if possible.

did you get this resolved if not how do you have the computers conected to the router . by only one cable or does the router have two or four conections. if only one then you need a router that has two or more.
