Well, nobody's answering the first one, so I'll try another.

I'm trying to publish a webpage with Dreamweaver. As long as I save and transfer the file as "INDEX.HTML" I can preview it. But the remote server insists that I save it as "index.html" (They're using Linux or whatever it is, too). Then I can't preview it, and nothing changes.

Help!!!

This type of question would be best answered by the technical support people at your Web Server. In some instances, servers require the filenames be in all lowercase. Also, the files usually have to be uploaded to a certain folder in your Web Server folder. There are many other specific requirements as well.

They can give you the technical requirements for their server.

Thank you Dwight, that turned out to be exactly the case.

It's apparently okay now as the page has been accepted. [URL=http://creativewriting.allinfoabout.com.]URL]
