David Try this out if you have no joy Press Start>Run open regedit and find this entry It will be in a similar format/position to this depending on your version of Windows this is off XP HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSN6\Users\your name @msn.com delete (highlight and right click) the entry in the left hand pane of any names that follow yours. This should do the trick?

I'm on XP to David So deleting as I say anything below that 1st entry is OK and If you do get into a muddle The 2nd best thing would be to reload the program this is not on the Add /Remove list Not really too sure how to reload the MSN browser unless It's as a paying member I use it for free! I like to know the answer too David if things go wrong (both the people who'd know are away Ill (Dwight & Byter) ) There is an update link but that brings your browser up to current spec. msn://@ui.mar@/settings/updatenow.htm
