Are there any free downloads available to block internet access to pornographic web-sites?

Thanks for any help you may be able to give me.

Without knowing your operating system, I couldn't search for a specific tool, but this site has a large number of internet filters (not sure how many are free). Searching download.com should also turn up a few (and one of their search criteria is whether or not it's free).
