Does anyone have any idea why my internet explorer cannot find the exact same address for the DP that Netscape Navigator does??

Internet Explorer has it's own set of security settings and this is likely the cause. Answerboards in general trigger security systems because of the potential content. Also these sites use lots of ASP,XML and javascripts and these also are triggers. You may want to lower the security level a notch and see if that helps. It can be found in the "tools" and then "internet options" tabs of your Internet Explorer.
