Sometimes, my SBC Yahoo service freezes during the sign -in process..It will go through the usual steps like "spam blocker enabled, pop blocker, parent control", etc.--then freeze to the point where I have to start the Dell computer all over manually..Any suggestions? Thanks..

I suggest you contact your Internet Service Provider and have them talk you through some diagnostic steps.
