You upload the files to your website, then make a hyperlink to the files. For instance, on my home page at http://dwightblackburn.com there is a link to "Spybots". When you click the link, it begins to download the file, which I uploaded to my site. I don't know how your site works, that is the method you use to edit, then update your page. Some sites use an "FTP" (File Transfer Protocol) procedure. If your Webhost allows that, you can download a free FTP program called FTP Explorer to handle the upload. http://www.ftpx.com/Some Webhosts use a built in program to do uploads. There is usually a button labeled "Browse" which you click to navigate your drive to the save location of the file(s) you wish to upload. When you find the file(s), you select it and then click the "upload" button. That uploads the file(s) to your server. Create a link to the file so your Web page readers will be able to access the file(s). I hope this helps! Dwight
