One of the only ways I have to talk with my father is by way of skype. My problem is that at school (at which I am located every day) I can not download skype. I was wondering, is there a way that I can use is at school without downloading it.....

There are USB flash drives (SanDisk makes one) that have Skype preinstalled. Just plug it in and run Skype from the flash drive.

, I was wondering, I have quite a caouple of USB flash drives at home, that don't have skype on them, can I intall skype onto it on my own?

Theres a tool that'll allow you to run Skype via a flash drive. Some assembly required. (Be sure to read the instructions)
