sometimes when i go to a page as it's loading at the bottom in the status bar it will have a number that looks kind of like this 123.456.789 and i was wondering what was that?

What you are seeing is the IP address for that site (IP= Internet Protocol) this is a sort of Zip code for the site,(every site has one)
click on this search for
your personal IP code
Or type a website in on this program:
