That sounds like living in customer support hell... One quick fix for the HTML part might be to just tell them to build the page in Microsoft Word and then save as HTML, - but that still leaves the FTP part. There are a number of products that might help, it'll take a while sifting though all the options. I've never used this one, but I know some folks have had good luck with it. It's called "Smarty template engine" You can find it here http://smarty.php.net/whyuse.phpIf that doesn't work, try visiting "Hotscripts.com" You'd probably find something written in Perl, PHP, Python, Java, JavaScript, etc. listed under the "content management" sections for each language.
