I saved an Excel document as a webpage, but when I display it in my browser (Internet Explorer) there is LOTS of blank white space at the bottom. I'm fairly experienced with HTML, but have never had to deal with this particuar issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Smile

Dwight,

Here's the page:

http://www.staunton.va.us/cmsContent/files/CF317172-94B...66E-B0E199E7B405.htm

There is also tons of white space to the right of the table. I meet with my supervisor tomorrow to show her the updates to the site, and would really like to have this fixed by then if at all possible.

If there's something I can do in Excel to fix it, or if I need to use HTML code, it really doesn't matter. Thanks!

Silly question... Have you tried setting the "Page Break" in those areas?

I didn't have any luck with correcting the error. I did not try the page break, but I would suggest you try that.

Should that be turned off by default? Confused

Seems a rather useless feature unless you want to leave a scribble patch on a page Roll Eyes

I was learning html some years ago, but forgot most of it.

Looking at your source code, about 1/5th of the way down, these two lines,

x:WindowHeight>8145

x:WindowWidth>12120

seem a likely suspect. Try playing with those numbers. Of course, I could be absolutely wrong.

Sorry... I should have specified doing the "Page Break" in your Excel workbook BEFORE you post it on the site...
