The little picture is called a favicon. It is placed there by the author of the Website and in order for it to work, the site must be entered into your Favorites. For example, my site has a favicon http://dwightblackburn.com Note the "Add to Favorites" link at the top left of the page. When clicked, it will add the page to the favorites and enable the favicon. Note, you may have to close and reopen the browser to the site to see the favicon. For some reason, Microsoft chose to store the favicon information in the Temporary Internet Files section. This means that whenever you empty the Temporary Internet Files cache, all the favicons are lost. You can reset them by adding the page to your favorites again. Another way to keep them from being deleted is to download and install the "FavOrg" program. It moves the favicons files to a different folder, so they aren't lost when you empty the Temporary Internet Files cache. FavOrgDwight
