I need a way to let my collegues RSVP to events through a website. I am thinking of something along the lines of a special calendar that lets them RSVP, sending either an e-mail to me, or adding them to a list on the website. If there are any other free systems such as software out there, that would be ok too.

It would be great if this included automatic reminder e-mails also. If anyone can find anything FREE that could help me with this RSVP system, please let me know ASAP.

Your collegues can RSVP or add / edit events as you permit them too.

You can set it up to email you notification of any added entry.
