BROOKERS: I've used the following sites for IP tracing (spam issues) to send complaints. I'd read all the how-to instructions first so you don't complain to the wrong site. Here in the states, it's recommended that all spam be forwarded to the Federal Trade Commission (uce@ftc.gov). Perhaps you have a similar site in your neck of the woods. http://www.newsmedianews.com/spam.htmhttp://www.claws-and-paws.com/http://combat.uxn.com/http://ww2.arin.net/whois/http://lacnic.net/en/index.html (Latin America/Carribean) You can reach others - APNIC (Asia/Pacific) and RIPE (Europe) - from combat.uxn.com It can be extremely frustrating to figure out who the offending (spam) party is. Most "remove" links are dead-ends so an IP trace is about the only way to figure out who's spamming you. I'd also recommend large doses of patience when you go looking for the owner of an IP.
