stanbee Silver Enthusiast	Posted Every time I try to open IE 5.5 or 6 to my home page(Google)I get this Shdoclc.dll. error. Always need to click Google in Links a second time to get there. Is there an ez fix? I updated to IE 6 but somehow it has returned to IE 5.5. Maybe a browser highjacker attempt? Win 98.2

bedstor Diamond Enthusiast	Posted Hide Post Here are the repair file locations for IE 5.5 & 6 (Win98) Use whichever one is easiest quote: IE 5.5 Go to Start/Run menu and execute MSINFO32 and under tool repair I.E. IE 6 Control Panel,Add/Remove programs, MS, I.E. Repair. Don't worry about the 1st delete message..the repair option is displayed on the next box
