To add your website's URL (address) to the major search engines and directories you simply navigate to their homepages and find the ADD YOUR SITE or SUBMIT URL link, click it, and fill out the info about your site. To make things simple for those wishing to submit to the major engines, I have a page on my site that has links to the submit pages of the major engines.

From the Google Intro
quote:
An ad-supported reference search service, which displays concise answers drawn
from over 100 encyclopedias, dictionaries, glossaries and atlases

I'd say nearer to www.refdesk.com which has many sublinks Cool
But answers.com concentrates on 1 search for many answers to the word query as a Definition Cool
Dereks site has several similar Search engines you can try. Smile
Ps Answers.com links to Google search if you type Definition after a keyword such as "television definition" definition is classed as a "control word" and ignored unless its between speech marks "" or there is nothing on the answers.com site
If you see the above (example) word displayed as television (definition) then click the link to be taken to Answers .com
Try it?
Welcome to Answerpool dork Smile
