I am in possession of an ip address, 172.17.0.1

I want to know its details like what type of device it represents,where it's located etc.

Can somebody help me on it?

I ran a trace on it and it came up blank the trail ended at a company called Vital International London UK, I suspect it is a computer generated Ip address which are randomly generated,
