i would like to add a small message board to my website so family can post messages, announcements etc.
does anyone know what i should be doing to make one?
or are there sites you can get them at, like the counters and stuff like that?

as you can tell, i am new to web page building.

there is an option of "albums" where that sort of thing can happen.. a guest book kind of thing where comments etc can be left...

i was planning on using the guest book i have, but i dont really like the layout.

Click on the "Ask Rod" link. Go ahead and post some test messages to see how it works if you like. I edit this page, so I can easily remove anything you don't want left there.

you can leave short messages. (200 CHRs or less)

It's free at the link that says "Powered by Tag board"
on my page.

This is the basic board which is free. There's also
an Enhanced that costs something, I haven't checked.
