My IE 7.0 Browser was randomly locking up, and needed a reinstall.
The method I used on the older versions IE 6 ,IE 5.5 Go into the Control Panel and Uninstall ...and You are given a Repair Option . This has changed!
With IE 7.0 it is a Straight Uninstall and a warning box telling you about the linked programs that are affected by deleting IE 7.0!

Solution: Preload IE 7.0 as a Backup file!
Get a copy from here if this is missing (File is 14.7 MB)

If any trouble arises reinstall off this file . Only thing to do is disable your antivirus Program /Spywareblaster Reset the computer when prompted
Re-enable the Security programs!
And you will lose nothing(Cookies/Favourites are intact)
