Here's one way to re-direct a user:
Put a Meta tag like the following into the head
of your page.

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="600;URL=http://answerpool.com">

In this example the page that contains this tag will:
Wait 600 seconds (10 min), then
Redirect the user to Answerpool.

Change the "Wait time" and URL to suit.
