1/2 tsp salt 3 tsp vinegar 4 tsp granulated sugar 3 Tbsp prepared horseradish 10 oz mayonnaise (1 ¼ cups)
Dissolve salt and sugar in vinegar. Set aside.
Put horseradish and mayonnaise in blender; add vinegar mixture. Blend at Medium about 10 seconds.
Put sauce in covered container and chill for a few hours. ---------- This sauce goes well with both beef and pork. You can also use it to replace some of the mayonnaise in chicken salad, tuna salad, or ham salad.
