1/2 cup granualted sugar 125 mL 1/2 cup brown sugar 125 mL 1/4 cup seasoned salt 50 mL 1/4 cup onion salt 50 mL 1/4 cup garlic salt 50 mL 1/4 cup celery salt 50 mL 1/2 cup paprika 125 mL 2 tbsp ground black pepper 30 mL 2 tbsp chile powder 30 mL 2 tsp mustard powder 10 mL 1 tsp poultry seasoning 5 mL 1 tsp ground ginger 5 mL 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 2 mL 1/2 tsp allspice 2 mL
Combine all ingredients in an airtight container. Store in cool, dark place.
Note: 5 mL = about 1/3 tablespoon or about 1 teaspoon
10 mL = 2/3 tablespoon or about 2 teaspoons
30 mL = about 1 fluid ounce or about 2 tablespoons or about 6 teaspoons
50 mL = about 3-1/2or tablespoons or about 10 teaspoons
125 mL = 1/4 pint (4oz) or about 8 1/2 tablespoons
375 mL = about 1 1/2 cups or about 25 1/2 tablespoons
