• 1 lb ground beef or turkey
• 1 lg chopped onion
• 2 sm cans Hunt's tomato sauce
• 1 T black pepper
• 3 T chili powder
• 2 T Gravy Master
• 1/2 sq unsweetened Baker's Chocolate
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder (NOT garlic salt)
• 1/2 tsp salt

Brown meat and onion. Grind until very fine in a blender with tomato sauce. Return to pan and add all the remaining ingredients. After chocolate is melted, simmer another 20 minutes on very low heat. Freezes very well.
