one of my friends recomended a suppliment called cla to help with my weightloss program (exercising is totally out due to really bad arthritis but i am on a diet... sorta ) im just wondering if anyone has recomendations on the dosage? how many mgs should i be taking daily to get the most of out it? thanx
I have never heard of this supplement, but I did find a website with information on it. Before taking any medication such as weight loss supplements, speak with your doctor as many of them can lead to or reveal previously unknown cardiac problems.
