Posted I have heard a lot of good things about this herb, Agnus Castus. It's supposed to be excellent against PMS and for regulating periods for one. I took it for a couple of months when I came off the contraceptive pill, but I don't think it did any good- I have friends who swear by it and take it all the time though. Is there any scientific evidence that it works? Have any of you personal exprience of this herb, good or bad?
