I've tried it but I wasn't totally impressed with it-my youngest son has been to an Acupuncturist ??-not sure of the spelling-my youngest son has been to one (for joint pain) and he says he was greatly helped...tho I think the idea of needles in my skin sounds a bit silly but if it works, go for it!
