Julieta Martinez Bronze Enthusiast	Posted What is alfalfa good for in humans? Someone told me that if you blend this and make it into a drink it´s good for your throat. And since my husband is a singer, I think that would be great. Or are there any other remedies for the throat?

gizmogram Diamond Enthusiast Site Administrator	Posted Hide Post I looked around a bit on vocal-related sites and found that most pertaining to maintaining good vocal health said about the same thing, Here Then I went and checked out Alfalfa specifically, and found This Information which does show that Alfalfa is very good for us, mostly in digestion, maintaining the immune system, etc.
