What is that natural herb or supplement to take when you are taking antibotics to prevent from getting yeast infections ?

What you are looking for is acidophilus. It is very effective. You can get capsules, at a health food store(the refrigerator kind is the best) or at most pharmacies now. Also it is the active ingredient in yogurt, however with antibiotics I usually take the capsules.

Yogurt yogurt yogurt. You may not always be able to prevent a yeast infection, but if you are going to be taking an antibiotic it's always good to start eating yogurt regularly.
