Sandy Silver Enthusiast	Posted Hide Post What you are looking for is acidophilus. It is very effective. You can get capsules, at a health food store(the refrigerator kind is the best) or at most pharmacies now. Also it is the active ingredient in yogurt, however with antibiotics I usually take the capsules.
