I have just been given a Feverfew plant. I would like to use the leaves, but am not sure what the correct way of doing this is. Can anyone advise me please.

The easiest way is to dry the leaves and then use a heaped teaspoon full for a big mug of tea. For maximum potency, pick the leaves just as the first flowers open. You can also use fresh leaves in a salad or freeze them and use in soups.

Botanical.com is my favourite website on herbs, here is their page onfeverfew, which includes tips on cultivation, medicinal uses and preparations.

This website has some good info too
