Zinc Chloride is a substance found in many recycling businesses.. I haven't found an online sale of the pure unused substance. As this substance has some risk, it probably requires a permit to buy and/or use. Look in the yellow pages for chemical-producing corporations. Here is some additional information that I found about some cancer-fighting agents incorporating zinc chloride.. these are alternative treatments outside of normal medical practices and I do not advocate their use, I am simply providing information. "Hoxsey treated external cancers with a red paste made of bloodroot (Sanguinaria canadensis~a common wildflower-mixed with zinc chloride and antimony sulfide. The rootstock of bloodroot, a spring-blooming flower, contains an alkaloid, sanguinarine, that has powerful anti-tumor properties. North American Indians living along the shores of Lake Superior used the red sap from bloodroot to treat cancer. Drawing on Indian lore, Dr. J. W. Fell, working at Middlesex Hospital in London in the 1850s, developed a paste made of bloodroot extract, zinc chloride, flour, and water. Applied directly to a malignant growth, Dr. Fell's paste generally destroyed it within two to four weeks. In the 1960s, various teams of doctors reported the complete healing of cancers of the nose, external ear, and other organs using a paste made of bloodroot and zinc chloride-a mixture virtually identical to Hoxsey's." Click here for additional information on zinc. Great care must be taken if it is to be ingested! Some industrial water treatment companies in my area used to mix their own compounds. Companies in that business include Nalco and Betz Chemical Company. I don't know if you can obtain the compound, but these companies serve industrial clients in Mississipi. Wish I could be of more service!

Angela, I believe that zinc chloride is a controlled substance (i.e. illegal for the average citizen to possess or sell). From what I've read about zinc chloride, it is useful for SOME types of cancer. HOWEVER, it can be extremely dangerous if used incorrectly. I would recommend that it be used ONLY under the supervision of someone who is VERY knowledgeable about its use. (And I don't mean well-meaning nutrition advisors.) I would suggest consulting a REPUTABLE naturopathic physician (ND) who specializes in cancer. By "reputable" I mean someone who has graduated from a naturopathic college - not a mail-order course. You should be able to locate an ND here: http://www.healthy.net/aanp/aanpsearch.htm. You might need to try a neighboring state since some states don't allow them to practice. You might also consider contacting Cancer Treatment Centers of America: http://www.cancercenter.com/. They combine medical doctors, naturopathic doctors, nutrition, etc. They also appear to have a high success rate. Hope this is helpful and that you are able to find an effective treatment for the cancer. Teresa
