The Royal Gorge bridge (over the Arkansas River, in Colorado) is an excellent answer, being the highest bridge.
However, the one I seek is at the highest elevation with respect to sea level! I should have been more specific with my question.

Good find, mozart. However, this bridge in question is above 18,000 feet!

The Baily Bridge in the Ladakh valley on the Indian side of Kashmir in The Himalayas is 18,379 feet. Is that the one you mean Coldfuse?
