Who became the first "morphine addict" induced by a syringe(needle)?

Hint? It was a woman, and she was the first to die from OD!

Second hint: She was the first one to die from morphine overdose (implying through needle injection) and her husband was responsable.

I hate unanswered trivia so I'm gonna take a stab in the dark on this one. It would stand to reason that the first injected overdose would have come shortly after the time the syringe was invented. That would have been 1853 - the inventors were Charles Pravaz and Alexander Wood. If either one of them were married I'd say it was their wife who became hooked on Meth and subsequently died from an overdose....
And what do you know, I think I am right!
Dr Alexander Wood's wife was the first recorded person to die of hypodermic induced overdose. Don't have a name tho.
