A well-known American Pharmacy chain claims they invented a delicacy , back in the 1920's, which has nothing to do with pharmaceutical products. They don't sell it anymore in their stores. But it is still very popular nowadays around the world.

What would that be?

The incredible, ultimately-edible malted milk shake (I grew up on shakes... our family is a family of shake addicts... and the malt powder , especially that delicious trickle at the bottom of the cup, is the coup de grace).
