How was named the first nearly-complete dinosaur skeleton discovered on the American soil?

I believe the "Hadrosaurus Foulkii" was named after the finder (William Foulke) and the town it was found in, Haddonfield, right here in lovely New Jersey.

If DG were here, I know he would comment on other "fossils" in NJ, so I'll fill in for him!
