I use Yahoo for newletters, product questions, Answerpool - things other than friends and family messages. I've never liked my Yahoo ID and I want to change to something more manageable. I have tried Yahoo Mail Help and it is useless. (I discovered this "uselessness" earlier when I was trying to get an answer about their Bulk Mail policy.) After following all the instructions, drop-down menus, etc, I got another message today telling me what to do...and it was all the things I had already done to get to that point.

So I have two questions for you Poolers: 1) Can I have two free Yahoo accounts at once and 2) Is there a way to get anything except form-letter answers from Yahoo? Thanks.

Cindycat,
You can indeed have more than yahoo account, I have three myself. As far as the "form" letters, you may be out of luck on that one, I've never been able to get anything more than that out of them, and havent wanted to try calling any support numbers, because of wait time, and probable high charges for the service.

Cindy:

I've contacted Yahoo through the form before, and it can take over a month before they get back to you...IF they get back to you. I imagine they might be quicker to respond if you were sending them money, but they'll probably get back to you, eventually.

It took me forever just to find a way to contact them and I saved it for others. They must be paranoid; hiding their contact information like that. I'll post it again in case someone needs it: Yahoo feedback form

I suggest trying out MyWay, it is just like Yahoo!, has more available usernames and has ZERO ADS OR POPUPS!
