It may be that your email program is trying to print outside of the area which your printer is able to print. I have no idea what program you're using, so I'm going to venture a blind guess as to how to correct the problem.
Click File, then look "Print Setup" or "Print Setup".
Look for a setting that controls the margins. Increase the right margin by however much you think is being cut off.
Save your changes.
