I was sent a picture signature to put into my email, it won't let me copy and paste it into my email as a signature, it copies ok but won't paste i'm using rogers yahoo and there is a spot to put a signature

The key here is that the image must be available on the Web. You can upload the image to a Website and then put in that address for your signature. One free one you could use is:
