I want to email a Word Document to a friend, but when I right click the document, then highlight 'send to', then choose 'mail recipient, nothing happens. How does that feature work?

What program do you use for email?
I have Outlook Express and it works
fine for me. OR you can create your
email and attach file - and then
browse and find that word document.

Great answer from Tree. You can also go to the Control Panel (Start/Settings/Control Panel or Start/Control Panel) and open the Internet Options.

In Internet Options, click the "Programs" tab. Set your Email in the "Email" select box. This sets your default email program.

When your preferred default email program is set, the "Send To" should work correctly.

Okay, I'll try, but...and I know this is dumb.. but where does it go? When I hit the send to mail recipient, where does it go, where will I find it? I don't know how it works. I thought when I hit that the email program would open and, well I wasn't sure what would happen after that, but I thought I'd be able to figure it out. Guess not Smile

OOOO! I just tried it and it worked. Thanks you guys! Smile
