My ISP has recently upgraded servers and since then I cannot get or send my e mail using Outlook Express. I have to log on to ISPs webmail. Unable to get through to them by phone and so far they have not replied my e mail, doh. Anybody got any suggestions other than dump the ISP!!!!

Trev.I,m not sure I understand your issue correctly,but it might be that you cannot use POP3 anymore.That problem has been talked about in the "beginners issues" some 3 or 4 months ago.Anyhow click the link here ,it might be what you're looking for.

Well, after a week of no pop mail suddenly and without a reply from my ISP it came back. Only one problem though my Nortons Antispam software is no longer filtering any spam and I have not altered any settings. Any ideas??? Confused
