Our work has a reception PC who's email name is "Reception". Over the years, people who've worked there have download things etc and now this email gets a gazillion spam emails each day. How can we change this without actually changing the name. Obviously, the name has to stay.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Does your ISP offer email filtering? If so, that would be the easiest way to block spam. Call their technical support line to see if your can get the service setup. My ISP junk mail service costs $3 per month, so this is not expensive.
If they don't offer the service you could install an email program like MS Outlook 2003 and use it's build in junk mail filter.
I hope something here will help.

Upgrade Outlook: You need to buy the software which you can do via the Web or I'm sure you find a used copy for sale at a place lke Ebay or Craig's List.
