I have just received an email from a friend who has printmaster on her computer, I have not.

She sent me a file that she wants me to see and I don't know which program to open the file with I don't understands all the logos and the letters following the logo when it says open file with:

can you help me and let me know which program I can use to open this file?

I doubt that you will be able to open the file with any procedure short of buying the PrintMaster program and installing it.

You could ask your friend to do a "Save As" action on the file and save it as a ".jpg" or other more common graphic file format (I'm assuming this is a graphic). Then she could send that file to you.

Another thing your friend could is open the image on her computer, then use the "Print Screen" key to capture a screen image. Save that screen image to a graphic file and send it to you.

The print screen (print scrn) copies the screen image to the clipboard. You open any graphic program and paste that image in. Then edit, print, or save the image file as you desire.
