Have you checked with your email provider to see if their system is down? Without knowing more about the email provider and type of email you're using, there isn't much we can do to assist with this.

If you're using a "POP3" (Post Office Protocol) type email, you will usually find a "System Status" link on your providers Website.

If you can not get into POP3 you can always type Hotmail in the Address Line of the Network screen & then press Enter..

I find that I can not boot-up POP3 even with the help I got from Dwight several weeks ago.
