I open my Yahoo mail - the opening page tells me I've got 'X' amount of E-letters.
I click and bring up the next page with all the letters - - I then click and open one. After reading, I then click delete [which should take me back to the page where my messages are stored, so I can select another].
Instead I get a page that is blank/empty.
The space on the left where one could choose 'send, draft, bulk, trash,inbox'-is empty - - the page frame work is there - - but it's just empty, no letter/messages - no nothing.
Across the top where it says 'Check mail - Compose - Search Mail are still there. I can click on 'Compose' and that page comes up and everything works fine (over there).
But when I click on 'Check Mail' I get a page that is empty.
I have written to Yahoo's Customer Care twice but have never gotten an answer from them.
I am on dial-up. I go up to the library and get on their Cable machines and My mail pops right up.
Also my wife's Yahoo Mail, same computer, just different log-in names, has no problem what so ever.
Ad Aware & SpyBot tells me I'm running a clean machine. I've shut down the fire wall. Scan-disc and de-fraf only takes about 10-12 minutes. And I'm Up-dated on all patches.
Is this to be relegated to the Twight-light zone or is there an answer out there somewhere?
Thanx from Anderson, Ca.

This is kind of fishy. On my LYCOS (not Yahoo) mail account yesterday, there were several hours in which I experienced something similar. It appeared that I had no email, although really I haven't empied my inbox. A few hours later, the emails reappeared.
I think it is really strange that Lycos and Yahoo both experienced the same type of glitch in 2 days.
