I keep getting timeout warnings on my email,Im pretty sure this can be adjusted on the computer,but cant remember how.
Can anyone assist.

I suggest you first check with your Internet Provider and insure that their email server is working correctly. They usually have a Web page that shows the "Network Status". Also, generally you can call their technical support people.

If the system status is good, and the problem persists, check your settings to insure everything is set correctly.
