Any recovery program MAY recover deleted files IF you ran it the second you deleted the program or file or shut the system down immediately after and used it for nothing.

As soon as you started using the system, you ran the risk of overwriting the deleted file. Once you did that, it was gone for good.

As I said, possible but HIGHLY improbable.

I don't have a clue, but I tell you this, I watch Court TV all the time, and they are always telling the viewers that in cases where computers were used to plan murders via email, etc, that even though you may have deleted those items from your computer, they are never really gone. Same with web sites that you have visited. Clearing the History doesn't clear them from the hard drive. I would have no way of knowing how to begin to look for those lost or deleted items, or if what court TV tells us is true, but I know that I am always getting spam that advertises something for just that, removing old files, etc. from your hard drive. Some kind of "Washer"
