Because Yahoo is a free service, you have fewer contact choices. I believe those contacts are your only options...at least I could not find any telephone numbers. You do know that you can setup another new free Yahoo email account and log onto their help that way. Just go to http://mail.yahoo.com and then sign up with a different username. To keep it simple you might use a name similar to your earlier one, with just a single letter variance. Also, you can purchase the Yahoo retail *POP mail and then get access to their paid subscribers assistance. and I ain't buying the "chicks dig me" claim, either. * means Post Office Protocol, the type of email that can be used with email client programs like Outlook Express. With this setup you have the advantage to local (meaning on your system) help. Dwight

Here is a LINK to Yahoo's help centre. Choose the "Where did my personal account go?", then if not satisfied, click on the "No" button towards the bottom of your screen, then fill out all the necessary information with a working email address so that they can reply to your request.
