does anyone know how to get in touch with yahoo?
i need a phone number or email other than on the website. i can't get the help i need though the formulated help desk and need to speak to someone.

I suggest you call or contact the Better Business Bureau. They have information such as that available.

Good luck Dan. My yahoo account was hi-jacked back in Feb and the only way I could get in touch with them was via the standard web form. Security with customer service did get in touch with me and over a course of week they were able to get my account back for me (after I submitted my driver's license and dna for testing ) Anyway, this is the e-mail address they used in our correspondence:
